This website is owned and operated by Ousia Australia Pty Ltd. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Ousia Australia may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Ousia Australia will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Ousia Australia reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Ousia Australia will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Ousia Australia will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Ousia Australia will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days.

Export Restrictions

Sorry we do not accept online orders from overseas countries. If you would like to purchase Glamourflage directly from us, please contact us via email. nor do we arrange for special pick up, ie- it is not possible for Victorain customers to collect items directly from our offices

Ousia Australia is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Security

Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and Ousia Australia from fraudulent transactions, Ousia Australia may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organisation to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Ousia Australia also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Refunds

If we send you the wrong product - or the product you receive is faulty in any way - we will credit your original method of payment for both the product and delivery costs. All returned products must be unused and be returned within 21 days of Invoice Date. No re-delivery fee applies if the exchange is due to our error. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 working days. Ensure that you include your name, address and daytime phone number. Send all returns to: 42-52 Arkwright Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. Please include the invoice that you received with your parcel and tell us the reason for your return.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery is via third party courier.
  • All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
  • For orders outside Australia, shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
