Below are some of the questions most frequently asked. If your question is not answered here please feel free to contact us.

How can I order?

There are several ways of ordering. You can:

  • Fill in the order form on the Ordering page which will be automatically retrieved by us.
  • Phone us on 03 9791 7485 within Australia or +613 9791 7485 outside Australia.
  • you may also send us an emailwith your name address and order to sales@glamourflage.com.au

Please note that credit card details should not be emailed to us - if you would like to pay by credit card please use the secure Ordering page on our website.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa, cheque or money order (made payable to Glamourflage. All prices include 10% GST. If you are not within Australia, you will be charged in Australian dollars and the price will not include the GST component. We do not accept cash on delivery. we do not have Bpay facilities.

How are the products delivered?

Products are delivered by courier wherever you are in the world and a signature is always required. As a result we recommend a business address for your delivery. All products are sent to you within 3 working days from receipt of order.

Can I send products as a gift?

Our products make a perfect gift and we offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service. Simply supply us with the delivery address as well as your address. The invoice will be sent to you and the gift to the delivery address.

I do not live in Australia, can I still place an order?

We do NOT accept online orders from countries other than Australia. If you are not within Australia and you wish to purchase Glamourflage, please contact us via email (click me).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Can I return the products?

If we send you the wrong product - or the product you receive is faulty in any way - we will credit your original method of payment for both the product and delivery costs. All returned products must be unused and be returned within 21 days of Invoice Date. No re-delivery fee applies if the exchange is due to our error. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 working days.

Ensure that you include your name, address and daytime phone number. Send all returns to: PO Box 9161, South Yarra, Victoria 3141, Australia. Please include the invoice that you received with your parcel and tell us the reason for your return.

How can I become a stockist of the Glamourflage range?

Here at Glamourflage we have a wide range of products that  we can offer to retailers. To further support our stockists we supply all outlets with flyers as well as A4 and A1 posters for displays. Simply contact us at 03 9897 5059 to open a stockist account today , you can also use the Contact Us tab, leave your email address and we will send the relevent application and order forms to you to start selling! its that simple.

What effect does the internet have on colours of the products?

Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, computer screens may show slight variations. If concerned about specific product colours please Contact Us for clarification.

Are your products tested on animals? 

none of our products are tested on animals.

Do products contain chemicals?
